add support for gulp v4

I created an additional variable to "deep" check if there are/is any fonts/js in packages in the bower assets dependencies. Additionally, I adjusted the markup to fit gulp v4 and updated package.json. Please review and test my changes.

@jurgenhaas Implemented your suggestions from above with comma insertions and deleted function encapsulation. Remember: The added loop.last variable is only available for PHP arrays, or objects that implement the Countable interface.
