A link to github issue from Toggl timer

Story

User wants to continue work she was doing yesterday. She opens Toggl timer page, checks out what was the work in question and navigates to github issue to update its status.

Test steps

• open a Github issue, note its issue #number
• start timer
• stop timer
• close a tab with the issue
• open https://www.toggl.com/app/timer
• click on issue #number

Github issue page is opened
