Do we need to trigger translation updates regularely?

Currently, it can be done manually per portal with a ChatOp like /aqa run ResetLocales

@danielspeicher FYI, we have now scheduled pipelines every Sunday night on all Mobimo sites and on LakeDrops to update all translations.
