I made a tiny change to the order of the "next steps" in concepts/index.md.

Please go ahead and merge, I will continue next with:

docs/eca/install.md
docs/eca/usage.md
docs/eca/debugging.md
docs/eca/troubleshooting.md

One question regarding: "This documentation uses British English." How would you feel if this was replaced with something like: "This documentation is based on the Gitlab Documentation Style Guide"

I am using the vale rules from the Gitlab Styleguide as I go. If this goes well, maybe we can put the rules in the pipeline, but that can wait until later.

(Also, even though I am in fact British, I like to use US English for documentation, because I am a big fan of consistency, but it's fine also if you prefer to stay with British English).

Thank you so much, your first contribution landed in the ECA Guide, this is amazing.

As for the other topics, I've created Define language: British or US English (#73) and Add vale to the pipeline (#74) where we can discuss and handle them.
