Fix image tagging

Images for L3D and underlying GitLab-CI are tagged differently. These projects have a version and PHP also has a version. I think, PHP version should be part of the image-name, the project version should then be used for tagging. When doing this, L3D can depend on specific GitLab-CI versions.
