Command not found for d4d

This error happen after a clean installation.

This was done with Horgen and Manegg.

• Clone repo
• c up works fine
• c drupal::scaffold (tried also without that, same result)
• a d4d update fails with [fatal] Command not found for d4d

I tried a second c up, but no change. I removed the related Docker container, but no change.

Furthermore, I use the latest l3d version 2.2.0.

An existing installation works fine, when updating it.
