icheck library no longer available, breaking composer install

Hi guys,

the library "jquery.icheck": "https://github.com/dargullin/icheck/archive/refs/tags/1.0.2.zip" (in defaults/drupal-libraries.json) seems to be no longer accessible via this URL. Composer therefore stops with an error:

`In CurlDownloader.php line 641:

The "https://codeload.github.com/drgullin/icheck/zip/1.0.2/tags/1.0.2" file could not be downloaded (HTTP/2 404 )`

Maybe you want to switch to an alternative download URL? e.g https://github.com/drgullin/icheck/archive/refs/heads/1.0.3.zip

Thanks @kaigertz for reporting this. Looks like they've screwed up their repository on GitHub. On https://github.com/drgullin/icheck/releases they have all the links to all their releases. And they all fail. Very strange because they don't seem to have touched that project for the last 4 years. Maybe GitHub is going through some clean-up of inactive projects?

Anyway, the link you found with /heads/ instead of /tags/ still works and I'll replace that in the library list.
