Add support for Drupal core's symfony_mailer

Add the correct configuration to the settings files automatically and then remove the SMTP Drupal module in all projects.

This is now implemented and disabled by default. If you want to use the Symfony Mailer without the SMTP module or the mail_system module, just add this to your .lakedrops.yml:

docker4drupal:
  symfony_mailer:
    enable: true
    host: 'yourhostname'
    port: 465
    username: 'yourusername'
    password: 'yourpassword'

You can even combine symfony mailer with mailpit or mailhog.
