2905 regex redirects with domain

Hi Jürgen,

as requested in ansible-inventories/arocom#2905 here's the merge request.

It introduces a new variable used for regex redirects valled use-domain which results in the redirect target on regex redirects containing protocol and version.

The variable is of course optional since we don't want to potentially break existing redirects.
