This is a proposal to make it possible to

  • allow skipping auth for specific IPs ** including X-Forwarded-For header
  • allow extra users without the use of an expression like REQUEST_URI

    That's correct. I included both versions as this template is not specific to us and since these requirements are in a <RequireAny> it would still work.
