ansible-inventories/arocom#2840 fixed file name in comment; removed updating the ansible fact from git update

ansible-inventories/arocom#2840 added script to merge all project specific redirects into one file and use script in deployment

Avoid permanent changes of settings.php because of drupal_deploy_info, write that to settings.local.php instead

Separate the two tasks to rebuild cache and reading status in order to get proper output in drush_status
