Check4Updates should check security and outdated packages

The check4updates pipeline is now broken up into 3 phases:

check4updates as before, but without committing changes, instead it create an artefact containing the composer.lock file
optional composer audit for security advisories and checking for outdated packages
if everything passed, then the final phase commits the changed composer.lock to the develop branch which then triggers the real pipeline
