This error happen after a clean installation. This was done with Horgen and Manegg. * Clone repo * `c up` works fine * `c drupal::scaffold` (tried also without that, same result) * `a d4d update` fails with `[fatal] Command not found for d4d` I tried a second `c up`, but no change. I removed the related Docker container, but no change. Furthermore, I use the latest `l3d` version 2.2.0. An existing installation works fine, when updating it.
