Usage of Docker4Drupal needs to be amplified

Here we have the commands ahoy and a directly used command by docker-compose.

Is ahoy installed by composer require lakedrops/docker4drupal mentioned above?

Does the command ahoy up exist? Or is it ahoy d4d up? The later will require an update of the documentation.
