It looks like there are quite a significant number of modules that we have in our scaffold, that do not support D11 yet. So, I'm parking this issue and we need to get back to it closer to the D11 release date.

However, testing with it is already possible, just that the project template comes with a shorter list of installed modules and no recommended config yet. Maybe, we could switch to recipes at that time as well. We'll see.
