Dorgflow removes project specific files during install

Dorgflow removes project specific files during install, such as node_modules and other files which aren't in the actual repository. Can we opt out an tell Dorgflow to ignore files that aren't in the repository e.g. with help of the .gitignore or some other approach?

This is now resolved by offering a new keep section in the dorgflow configuration to provide a list of files and directories for each project, that should be kept.

Example:

dorgflow:
  keep:
    namespace/mytheme
      - web/themes/contrib/mytheme/css
      - web/themes/contrib/mytheme/node_modules

This will move those items into the /tmp directory before checkout and restore them into their original place afterwards.
