Action buttons on booking page

Some buttons on the booking page should be disabled under certain circumstances:

• before contract is completed: arrival, departure
• after contract is completed: edit, add animal
• after contract is signed: edit, add animal
• when booking is cancelled: edit, add animal, add delivery, add task, arrival, departure
• before arrival: departure
• after arrival: arrival
• after departure: departure
