ECA workflow to sign contract not translated

When marking a contract as complete, there is this workflow being executed:

• a pdf is created for the contract
• an email with that attachment is being sent to the customer
• the customer clicks the link in the email and gets to a special page on APBS
• they confirm the contract by inputting a code which was given to them in the email

Most of the displayed labels are not translated. This is because ECA doesn't have a translation feature there yet.

Also, after the contract has been signed, we should send the user to a different page.
