Install DNS Tools and NetworkManager on all hosts

Following instructions at https://computingforgeeks.com/install-and-use-networkmanager-nmcli-on-ubuntu-debian/ and also disable dns=dnsmasq in /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf. Also install dnsutils.

Note: helpful command to trace DNS entries: dig www.google.ca +trace
