This takes a while, so please be patient. Note: this doesn't really change the engine, because all the tables already have the InnoDB engine. But accoring to https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/rebuilding-tables.html this will repair tables if necessary, which includes re-building the index.
